I honestly can’t say enough good things about this physical therapy place. When I first came in, I was dealing with really bad neck pain and truly believed it wasn’t going to get any better. I was even starting to think surgery might be my only option. After finishing my therapy, I feel so much better way better than I ever expected. I’ve been to several different physical therapy clinics over the years, and none of them even come close to this one. From day one, they made me feel like family, not just another patient. The level of personal attention and care they give you really makes a difference in your recovery. The entire team is amazing, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping you get better. I also have to give a huge shoutout to my therapist, Josh he is absolutely A+. His knowledge, encouragement, and dedication made all the difference for me. I truly couldn’t have done this without him. If you’re dealing with pain and looking for a place that actually cares and gets results, this is it. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Care and Professionalism I had a great experience at Peak Physical Therapy, especially with Dr. Josh. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to patient care. He took the time to explain my treatment, ensured my safety, and focused on meaningful progress throughout my sessions. The care was so effective that another physician has now scheduled me for additional physical therapy for a different issue based on my experience here. I highly recommend Peak Physical Therapy and Dr. Josh for anyone seeking high-quality, ethical care.

I have been coming here for the last nine years for various reasons and post surgical physical therapy. The clinic staff are all extremely knowledgeable in their fields and very welcoming. The atmosphere is one of fun but also hard work. I’d recommend giving them a try for anyone out there looking for someone who cares deeply about their patients and dedicate their time to them as well.

Everyone at Peak PT - Forney is a joy. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcome and you know you’re going to get the very best care. The staff is very knowledgeable, treating their patients with kindness and compassion. I absolutely love my therapist, Sarah (Dr. Carter), because she’s so sweet and attentive to her patients. I would highly recommend this facility!

Chris Adam's and his team are awesome! They truly care about each individual's needs and customize a regimen suited to accommodate those needs. Peak Physical Therapy Forney is a team of professionals, grounded in knowledge and the latest techniques, yet still provide a comfortable atmosphere for their clients to enjoy their rehab experience. I want to thank the Peak team there in Forney Sarah, Chris, Evelyn, Elizabeth, Josh and the others that helped be get back to being me over the past 5 months. I cannot say enough about this group and how they care about all their patients. Even on busy days they still made sure you felt supported, they never pushed you more than you were willing to give but encouraged you to try your hardest. It has been hard after my accident as prior I was very active and although at times I wanted to do more they ensured I stayed within my limits. I recommend Peak PT Forney for anyone that needs that little extra attention for you achieve your goals. Thank You Sarah, Chris and the team.

This is the second time I’ve used Peak Physical Therapy, and once again the experience has been outstanding. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in your recovery. From the first visit, they took the time to sit with me, listen, and perform a very thorough evaluation. They put together a well-structured, personalized treatment plan and worked with my schedule week by week. Every session, they were there to encourage me, push me to improve, and adjust things as needed based on my progress. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. It’s a fun, family-like environment, and there were days when coming to physical therapy was honestly the highlight of my day. I have two more surgeries coming up, and I will absolutely be using Peak Physical Therapy for all of my rehab needs. Highly recommend

I started with Peak physical therapy in June 2025 thanks to a recommendation from ChatGPT. I’ve been coming to Peak Physical Therapy for the last five months after my patellar tendon surgery, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. From day one, Brittany and Sarah were incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and super encouraging. They pushed me when I needed it and knew exactly how to adjust things when my knee wasn’t cooperating. You can tell they really care about their patients’ progress. Kelsey at the front desk was always friendly and on top of everything. She made scheduling easy and was always welcoming, even on the days I forgot my wallet and couldn’t make payment or days when I (mistakenly) showed up a hour early to my appointment…the understanding was always there. Thanks to this whole team, I’m finally finishing therapy feeling stronger, moving better, and actually confident in my recovery. I’m really grateful I ended up here. Highly recommend Peak Physical Therapy to anyone needing rehab after surgery or dealing with an injury.
